    Our property portfolio

    The estates in the property portfolio are the Greenwich Estate, including Greenwich Market, which is managed by Knight Frank; the Northern Estates comprising property in Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, and the Scottish Borders, managed by Savills; and land in Essex owned by the Travers Foundation, a part of the Hospital Group, managed by Savills.

    Greenwich Hospital holds quoted investments which are managed by Newton Investment Management. The funds are invested in companies focused on long-term growth and provide a balance across different industries, geographical areas and asset classes.
